The Questions
How/where should we pray? What is prayer?
What is Sanctification? is it real? When does it reach its fullness?
What part should personal piety play in faith?
How much should we depend on spiritual readings? Is academics part of experience of God?
What is the state after death?
How can finite beings relate to an infinite being?
Does God change from Old Testament to New Testament? If so how? Explain.

Chris, how many weeks do you want to spend on this? I could do about a month's worth of posts just on the first question. :-)
Prayer -- communication with God, of any kind. (Including the prayer of listening)
As to how and when to pray...your mileage may vary, but for myself I value both times of fixed prayer (I follow the Daily Office) and extemporaneous/spontaneous prayer whenever/wherever.
Sanctification: As a pastor I know likes to define it: Saved for what?
