Mmm, the joys of experimenting in college

College Crab Surprise

1 lb crab/imitation crab (unshelled)
1 1/2 cup minute rice
1 unopened mac and cheese cheese packet
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup milk
a little butter

simmer crab for 15-20 minutes.
mix all ingredients together in large covered bowl. microwave for 2 minutes, stir, microwave for 3 more minutes. Stir. Let cool.
Serves 2-3.
