For Lent I am fasting from noon Wednesday (when I got ashed at Central) until Thursday noon every week. This is going on hour 21 and I'm holding out quite well, occasional hunger pains, but followed by it being okay for extended peroids of time.
A little Lutheran politics. Our good LCMS friend has a slight problem with the Bush Budget. Talk to your congress-person for her sake.
