How’d those Bipartisan Policies work out?

A while back I wrote a few policy prescriptions for the Republicans, the Democrats, and offered a few things that might receive bipartisan consensus. How are they turning out?

·       The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Bill passed, despite the president choosing not the sign it.

·       The Armory of Democracy direction I suggested is a mixed bag, the Lindsey O Graham Sanctioning Russia Act is in place, but we also seem to be burning through our stockpile of anti-missile weapons at a staggering rate.

·       Affordability seems to be a buzzword for Democrats and a “hoax” for Republicans.

·       We’re still grappling with Artificial Intelligence legislatively; the Pope and other religious groups are doing a lot of thoughtful work in that area.

·       Primaries may be doing the heavy lifting on the “Thrown the Bums Out Anti-corruption” end of things. The President made $2,200,000,000 off his presidency this year.
